Terms and Condition / Shipping and Return Policy

All our products came out of working vehicles and are in complete working condition.
We sell all our product with limited warranty as follow:
Engine and Transmission:
We are testing engines and transmissions prior to shipping them out of our facility. This product are being sold AS IS with no warranty.
Electronic parts:
provides this 15 day limited warranty on parts only

Body parts:
We accept DEFECTIVE EXCHANGES on products within 5 days of the date that the item is delivered.

You can get replacement or store credit.

Not cover in warranty:
Any physical damage, or any damage caused by unprofessional installation is not covered by our warranty.

Warranty Void:
Our warranty will be void if you remove our warranty label or tamper with the product.
Shipping:
Preparing and Packaging of the products will take up to 2 business days. If Purchased after 12:00 PM Pacific Time on Friday it will not be Shipped until Tuesday or Wednesday.
Overnight and 2-Day Shipping:
Overnight and 2-day shipping are available for most small and medium sized packages for additional charges. The specific shipping options will be displayed at checkout after you enter a shipping address. Airfreight carriers reserve the right to extend delivery time by 24 hours when delivering to residential addresses. This is beyond our control and airfreight charges will NOT be refunded.
All orders must be received before 12:00 PM Pacific Time (3:00 PM Eastern Time) Mondays to Fridays. No Overnight or 2-Day deliveries on Saturdays, Sundays and Holidays. If you place your order for Overnight and 2-Day delivery on a weekend or a holiday, please be aware that the shipping cycle for these orders starts on the next available business day.
Damaged Shipments:
Upon receiving your order, inspect all packages thoroughly for missing, damaged, or incorrect parts. Our warehouses put extrema effort to prevent shipping damage, however it does occur occasionally. If you receive a damaged part, do NOT accept the package, have the shipper immediately return to sender. If the shipper has left a damaged package in your absence, immediately contact the shipper and have the package returned to sender. We must be contacted immediately if any of the above occurs to prevent your being charged freight on both ways. We are not responsible for missing, damaged, or incorrect parts after 30 business days, regardless of the party at fault. We are also not responsible for lost or stolen packages and all claims for such must be processed through the shipping company.
Returns:
For all approved return you must get RMA number from us, any returned packaged without RMA number will not be processed.
Defective products returned for replacement will be replaced with the same product as the original unit. We will Ship a replacement product, exchange or we may repair the item and return it to you if the part is not available anymore or not fixable we will issue a store credit.
ALL miscellaneous materials, such as manuals, accessories, and other peripherals, MUST be included. If any of these materials are missing, the RMA will not be processed until these items are obtained. The Return Authorization Number MUST be visible on the return package. Items that do not have an RMA number on the shipping label will not be accepted or processed.
Original shipping cost is not refundable.
Non-Defective Returns - Returns of NON-DEFECTIVE items: 
All our sales are final, Mercedes and Bmw Auto Parts will not accept any return or refund on those products.
Return Shipping: Customer is responsible for all shipping costs.
To obtain service under this limited warranty, Customer must have a RETURN MERCHANDISE AUTHORIZATION (RMA) number before returning any merchandise to Mercedes and Bmw Auto Parts.
To obtain a RMA numbers please contact Mercedes and Bmw Auto Parts customer service. You need the following information ready when you call our customer service: Name or Company Name, Invoice Number, Make and Model Number of the vehicle and part, and nature of the problem.
Customer is responsible for all insurance, risks, and costs associated with shipping the product to Mercedes and Bmw Auto Parts
Mercedes and Bmw Auto Parts customer service shall email an RMA to you within 24 hours. Return product must be received within 10 days from the date that the RMA was issued.
This warranty does not cover any defect caused by accident, negligence, misuse, theft, vandalism, fire, water, or other peril, exposures to extremes of temperature, dust, or humidity, or improper electrical power or installation of components or other maintenance by an unauthorized.
THERE ARE NO EXPRESSED AND IMPLIED WARRANTIES, INCLUDING THOSE OF FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE AND MERCHANTABILITY (AN UNWRITTEN WARRANTY THAT THE PRODUCT IS FIT FOR ORDINARY USE) EXCEPT AS SET FORTH HEREIN. Mercedes and Bmw Auto Parts WILL NOT PAY FOR ANY LOSS OF TIME, INCONVENIENCE, LOSS OF USE OF THE PRODUCT OR ITS FAILURE TO WORK, OR ANY OTHER DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES.
